I picked up a stoop book while I was walking home today. When I opened it, I found a letter from a publisher addressed to you saying that it was an advance copy. What kismet! Your cookbook was literally sitting on my coffee table in front of me. Small world - hope the good book karma comes back to you!

I had bookmarked this recipe, and today I finally found oyster mushrooms. Soooo good! Thank you, I'll be making it again and again! I had them with lentil and chickpea couscous!
