I wrote last week on doughnut peaches, the stone fruit generally starting to appear here in WAs south west. I'm waiting for the roadside cherry signs to go up which is always a thrill - partly as I can hone my pip spitting skills.

Donut peaches are incredible. They are very freely available here nowadays. The next growing project for Aussie farmers - more varieties of pumpkin! We have so many beautiful types here ;)

Congratulations on your deserved recognition and success! I love Tenderheart! This salad sounds divine and since my family loves Brussel sprouts I will be sure to make it soon. I'm glad you mentioned trying other fruits as the photo of the salad had me first guess you were using peaches or mangoes. I love mixing things up, life's too short to walk it straight.
