I’m not vegetarian but my wife is ( No garlic or Onion either/challenges me) so I adapt a few recipes

Chili flakes, garlic, soybeans and sometimes nuts, seeds, onions or other ingredients, infused in oil. It's spicy and crunchy and so addictive! My favourite in the UK is Lao Gan Ma. I don't know what brands there would be where you live but I recommend looking it up and trying it out!

What's "chili crisp"?

I live in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA. We have a large SE Asian population so I might be able to find it in one of the many Asian grocery stores here.
Chili crisp is very widely available in the USA. I believe Fly by Jing is available at Walmart or target
