Such a touching story Hetty. My father also died when I was young and passed his love of food and cooking onto me. Such a precious legacy. Can't wait for the book!

Asian fathers do have tender hearts! I come from a banana loving family but it’s my mom who adores them more than my dad.

This is truly an all year round vegetable cookbook. It's shelf/cooking life will extend far beyond spring and summer.
