What a beautiful-looking dish [Hellimli Sebzeli Kebap]. I am really enjoying some of your recipes, Hetty, that I've made recently with eggplant. I've always felt intimidated by eggplant for some reason. LOL. However, I've discovered it has a lovely velvety texture when cooked right. I will definitely try this recipe soon.
