Congratulations, how well deserved. Corn is “just” about everyone’s favorite! Even my dog Dalai salivates at the chance to chew on some corn. Corn needs little adornment when fresh…plain and simple works. However a few years ago I discovered a smoky vegan corn chowder that is to die for. I make it each year for our annual 12th Night party with frozen corn. However this Summer I am going to make it with fresh corn and take it up another notch. And believe that won’t be an easy feat as the chowder is already so excellent. Keep exploring veggies….I sure love it!
