oh, that georgian-inspired cauliflower is downright DREAMY! (and you already had me at the gnocchi panzanella mention)

gosh, I may have to give it a go and just skip the walnuts (stupid mid-20s treenut allergy that came into my life...) because I have an actual cauliflower in my fridge right now that a neighbor handed me before going out of town ! : )

This looks amazing! However, allergies do not allow for cashews, pistachios, walnuts, or pecans in our house. Could the walnuts be replaced with almonds or hazelnuts? Or some type of seed?

Hi Tina, Yes I think both almonds or hazelnuts would work. What I usually do for those two nuts, because they are harder, is I chop them up so they will blend up better. I regularly make dressings and creams with both of these nuts! Let us know how you go! Enjoy
