I was just looking for a snack for my current long hours at work. Couldn't remember the broccoli forest loaf and went back to Tenderheart after reading your post. And there it was! I just had the first slice: heavenly, quite surprising the taste and so beautiful and funny. I will make the pie as well at another time;-) Thank you so much for your incredible creations

This broccoli pie INCREDIBLE 🙌🏼 I can’t wait to try it with the salad! Loved watching the video, I missed this during dumpling week (only saw the recipes). We make Korean mandoo for Lunar New Year, it’s so much fun for my kids ❤️

WOW. WOW that pie looks good. If I don't like olives (I'm embarrassed about it...I've tried so many but just can't get on board), what do you suggest as a replacement?

Congratulations on a spectacular dumpling week and Lunar New Year, also to a fresh tattoo — especially such a meaningful one! <3

I think it’s okay to leave the olives out! Capers are always a good substitute for olives. It all adds to the saltiness.

Hi Amanda, I recommend this recipe for celery - https://www.abc.net.au/news/2025-01-18/herby-brown-rice-salad-hetty-lui-mckinnon-vegetarian/104795464

(If you have TENDERHEART, I have a Celery chapter ☺️)
