I look forward to reading your latest post I noticed in my inbox - and I have been sharing more casual photos in a goodreads cookbook club from your lovely book --- of the everything oil (LOVE), charred broccoli tahini noodles, black bean green beans (I used asparagus - so appreciate you mentioning subbing other veg throughout the book & whatnot!), restaurant greens - swoon - such a relatable intro!! - and more to come : )
Found you on the special sauce pod. Which lead me to your Substack. Which led me to a fantastic dinner. I used Momofuku noodles but with your sauce. Ah-maz-zing! Can’t wait to try the rest of your recipes.
