Hello. I’m back, with another Linger lunch. It’s happening in Brooklyn, on 27 April. More below!

What is LINGER?

Linger is a personal lunch series that I started at home in 2023. It has since turned into something much more significant. It has allowed me to dive back into my favourite cooking medium: the SALAD. It brought friends back to my table, it created conversations, it celebrated friendship, and reminded us of humanity.

Over the next few months, there will be many LINGER related announcements, and I will make my newsletter a space where we can share thoughts and create a sense of community (even more than it already is!)….as much as we can do so online. The first and most important one will happen very soon - stay tuned.

But let’s not get ahead of ourselves. First, let’s Linger in Brooklyn on 27 April! If you’re a paid subscriber, please apply to attend the lunch. There are limited seats of course, but it’s always a good opportunity to meet some of you in real life! I’ll take what I can get these days..
