Today, I am so thrilled to introduce you to LINGER, my new cookbook.
It is a cookbook about salads, and is based upon a transformative, soul-lifting year of sharing salads with my friends. Salads have always been my way of connecting with others and this ethos is stronger and more alive than ever in Linger.
I will share more over the coming months about how this book came to be, but the most important thing to know today is that LINGER will be available this Autumn, in both Australia, United States and everywhere else. A SAME SEASON INTERNATIONAL LAUNCH - I’ve waited a long time for this!
